The Outstanding Leadership Program Award (OLPA) is a distinguished honor presented to schools whose leadership programs are proven spaces where student leaders grow as ethical, responsible, servant-minded architects of change. This is presented by the California Association of Student Leaders (CASL). 

This is presented by the California Association of Student Leaders (CASL). Roy Cloud School was presented this award in April 2018 at the CASL state conference. Our ASB students are to be congratulated for their community building efforts. The plaque is proudly displayed in the office.
