The local educational agency (LEA) and Roy Cloud School abides by our policy that prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying on the basis of actual or perceived age, ancestry, ethnicity, parental status, pregnancy status, color, mental or physical disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, immigration status, marital status, medical information, nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics or require or refuse participation by any of its students on any such basis.  (5 CCR 4940)

A) Roy Cloud School ensures it applies to all acts related to school activity or school attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of the superintendent of the school district. 

B) Roy Cloud School personnel take immediate steps to intervene when safe to do so when he or she witnesses an act of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying.
