Kindergarten

First Grade

  • 12 pack of Ticonderoga #2 pencils, sharpened

  • 1 pair of regular plug-in headphones labeled with student’s name (Please no cat ears, wireless, earbuds, or additional add-ons)

  • 1 sturdy pocket folder labeled with the student’s name

 

Second Grade

  • Crayola Markers (not thin) - 10 Colors

  • Pencil top erasers

  • Big Elmer's Glue sticks - minimum 3

  • Highlighter (yellow)

  • 3 sturdy pocket folders (Mead or 5 star are preferred)

  • Black chisel-tip expo marker

  • Headphones (not earbuds)

Third Grade

  •  Pocket Folders – blue, red, green

Fourth Grade

  • 2 red two-pocket folders

  • One set 12 ct. colored pencils

  • 1 handheld pencil sharpener with shaving catcher

  • 1 spiral notebook (70 pages)

Fifth Grade

  • A three-ring binder with zip or velcro closure 

  • Five dividers (dividers should be labeled math, reading, writing, social studies, science in that specific order) 

  • Pencil pouch for binder to store pencils 

  • Three folders with pockets to keep in your desk at school

  • Supply of binder paper for binder and at home 

  • Three separate spiral notebooks for multiple subjects with at least 200 pages (notebooks with plastic covers tend to last longer) 

  • One 8x11 notebook with GRAPH RULED Paper inside (for Science) 

  • 24 sharpened #2 pencils to keep in your pencil pouch. (You will need these all year. No mechanical or scented pencils) 

  • Red ballpoint pens for correcting papers (year supply, non-clicking) 

  • Pencil sharpener with a cover to catch shavings

  • Small pair of scissors (label with name) 

  • Package of colored pencils unscented 

  • Highlighter pen (yellow only- unscented)

  • Three large glue sticks 

  • One mouse with cord (not battery powered) to use with Chromebooks (State Testing does not allow cordless mouse)

  • Headphones or earbuds for computers/Chromebooks

  • 2 black Sharpie pens (this will be collected by the teacher)

 

Sixth Grade

Standard Materials (for all classes):

  • Pencils: two or more packages of sharpened pencils and/or mechanical pencils 

  • Pens: Blue and Black 

  • Colored pencils: one package (make sure they are sharpened and labeled with your child’s name on the front of the pack) 

  • Highlighter pen: At least one (any color) 

  • Ruler 

  • Glue sticks 

  • 2 pocket folder: for loose papers or assignments Headphones/earbuds 

Language Arts: 

  • One package ruled index cards 

  • Mini post it notes: to tag pages as we read 

Social Studies: 

  • Single Subject Notebook with pockets 

Math: 

  • Floppy 1" binder with dividers & a 3 subject notebook 

  • Binder paper and/or Graph Paper (one ream) 

Science: 

  • Single subject notebook with pockets 

Physical Education: 

  • For P.E. all students are required to wear quality running shoes.

Seventh & Eighth Grade

Standard Materials (for all classes):

  • Pencils: two or more packages of sharpened pencils and/or mechanical pencils

  • Pens: 1 package RED ball-point pens for correcting (not permanent markers that will bleed through the paper)

  • Colored pencils: one package (make sure they are sharpened and labeled with your child’s name on the front of the pack)

  • Highlighter pen: At least one (any color)

  • Pencil Sharpener: so students do not distract others

  • Binder paper: three reams (or enough to last the school year)

  • 2-3 whiteboard markers

Language Arts & Social Studies (Humanities):

  • Spiral Notebook: approx. 200 pages (the notebooks with the plastic covers hold up longer)

  • Two-Pocket Folder: One folder to carry loose papers and/or homework assignments. 

  • Headphones or earbuds 

Math:

  • Spiral Notebook with Graph Paper: approx. 200-250 pages (the notebooks with the plastic covers hold up longer)

  • Graph Paper:  at least one ream (if your notebook is graph paper, this is not necessary)

  • Calculator: (TI-34 MultiView recommended for middle school)

  • Composition notebook (graph paper for 8th grade)

  • Ruler

Science: 

  • Composition notebook (Mai)

  • 1- 1 inch 3 ring binder Plus Binder Paper (McAdams)

Physical Education: 

  • For P.E. all students are required to wear quality running shoes. (Slip-on or flat-soled shoes are not recommended)
