Parent Volunteer Requirements
Who: Anyone interested in being a volunteer here at Roy Cloud School.
Please review the informational slideshow attached here to learn more about Roy Cloud's Volunteer Program. It's important that all community members who wish to volunteer read through this document prior to their first day of volunteering.
You do not need to re-do the volunteer approval process each school year. If you are unsure if you are already on the approved volunteers list, please email Annette Bacab or Charlene Vandermartin.
Please check the district's requirements for all volunteers here.
Application: Volunteers must complete the district's requirements before volunteering at Roy Cloud.
Visit District Office for ID Verification: Bring your driver's license / ID card to the HR Department at the district office, located at 750 Bradford Street. They are open from 8am to 5pm.
TB Test: Volunteers will need to provide a current Tuberculosis Test or the TB Assessment Form completed and signed by their doctor. Turn this form into the HR department.
Fingerprinting: HR will provide forms during during ID verification. Fingerprinting is not done at the district office. Please note that volunteers are responsible for fingerprint fees.
